As far as I know, the image I linked is the unedited original. I want to know what textbook this specific image is from, or if it's another one of those handmade books that the teacher gives you and can't be found anywhere else.
It's probably from an elementary math textbook, due to the topic and the fact it looks like a shitpost.
If any of you are wondering why the hell I'm looking for what book this random picture on the internet is from, well it's because I thought about it once, and it has stuck in my mind since that point.

Please don’t give me the answers, just explain to me step by step how to do it. What does “in” mean? I feel dumb here and I’m usually good at this but this is really tough.
Why is it that quintic equations and higher cannot be solved with roots? And is there an alternative method to solve these?
I know the only solution is 6, but I don't know how to prove it :").
Solve these questions for a small challenge: Factoring - Algebra 2. Key is below, but please don't check until you've finished these six questions.
x² - 9
2. 9x² - 81
3. a² + 3a + 2
4. 4x² - 17x - 42
5. 4x² + 20x + 24
6. 8x⁹ + 24x⁸ + 192x⁷
x² - 9
(x - 3) (x +3)
2. 9x² - 81
(3x - 9) (3x + 9)
3. a² + 3a + 2
(x + 1) (x + 2)
4. 4x² - 17x - 42
(4x + 7) (x - 6)
5. 4x² + 20x + 24
(4x + 7) (x - 6)
6. 8x⁹ + 24x⁸ + 192x⁷
8x⁷ (x² + 3x + 24)
*If you need explanations, I'll provide them.

Which one do you follow?
Alright so on a game, i have 1100 of the currency [Ill use C from now on to represent tihis] the amount needed to spin a crate is 10, i want an item that is 0.94% chance and has 3 versions, i want 1 version of it,
How many times should i get a type of said item that has a 0.94% chance?
I already got it once within 30 pulls, but i want a diff vers of it that i dont own yet.
If this is too confusing i can give you screenshot of what i want and have lol
Oh and also;
If i want an item from a different crate, i have the same currency, the item is same chance but has 2 varients, how many times should i get it?
Except,this crate costs 15

Currently, there are no articles about perfect numbers. I'm too incompetent to make a page, but I'm enough of a maths nerd to be annoyed. I thought perfect numbers were a fairly obvious topic to write a page on, especially on a wiki as old as this.
So basically part of our assignment involves placing 3 rectangular prisms together to form a composite solid (this is done in minecraft)
The total surface area of the yellow-orange prism is 210 m squared.
The total surface area of the blue prism is 302 m squared.
And the total surface area of the green prism is 558 m squared.
To find the total surface area of the composite solid, would you do:
(558-66) + (302 - 66 - 25) + (210 - 25)
= 492 + 211 + 185
= 888 m squared
Just wanna know if I'm doing this correctly. Some help would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
For me anyway :(
How many people were in the group?
Tom and Tim weighted 101.65 kg altogether. Tim and Tam weighted 95.12 kg altogether. Tam and Tum weighted 81.99 kg altogether. Tom and Ten weighted in at exactly a quarter of a ton. The mass of Ten is greater than that of Tim and Tum combined. Tam is half of that of ten. Tum and Tom weighted in 89.24 kg altogether. Find the weight of Tum.

Could it be that 1 + 1 doesn't always equal 2? The numbers stand for a certain value, but what if they also stand for something else?
Hi! I'm helping my little sister's friend with his math homework, and I kinda didn't pay attention in my math class a few years ago and don't really know how to do this.
Can anyone of you help me? Please? Thanks! :)
Recently I just realized how dUumB at math I was, always asking for and needing an adult's help. When I stare at the paper/screen, my mind goes blank, which is bad because I have the Ohio State Math Test in a few weeks..........
